Parents - Adding Payment Details

Once you have registered or been registered for the my Family Lounge, you are able to add or update your payment details for the Service.

Adding Payment Details

To add or manage Payment details, sign into the my Family Lounge, select the option of Payment Details.

  • Select the option of Setup a Direct Debit

  • Select the Contact who's details will be used for Payments or select  Use new Contact

Existing Contact

  • Check the Address details for the Contact
  • Select Next

  • You are able to view the Service Contact Details and their default Billing Terms
  • Select Next

  • View and agree to the Terms  & Conditions
  • Select Agree and Continue

Select either Credit Card or Bank Account

Credit Card

  • Add in the  Credit Card details
  • Tick the confirmation
  • Select Add details

Direct Debit Details

  • Add in the BSB and Account number
  • Tick the authorisation
  • Select Add details

  • The added details will display and you can select Continue or wait to be re-directed back to the my Family Lounge app.

Once the details have been added successfully you will be directed back to the my Family Lounge screen.
The added Payment Details will display.
To edit the details select the edit option.
