Overview

The Staff screen can be used to record details for employees and volunteers. This can be connected to Personnel record information for CCSS if required. For information on Personnel see: Personnel Screen
 

Creating a new Staff member without CCSS Records

On the Staff screen select the Add button

You will then see the below screen.
  1. Select the option Do not create an employee with personnel information(*old* behaviour)
  2. Select Next

Within the Staff Details screen:
  1. Add in Staff members name and personal details
  2. Home information (if required)
  3. Work information (if required)
  4. COB: Country of Birth can be selected
  5. Picture - Photo of Staff member can be imported if required
  6. OK - Select OK to save the information

Staff Tabs

Contacts

Emergency contacts for the staff member can be created. Please see Contacts Tab

Custom

Specific custom fields that have been created for the database and linked to Staff to be applied. Please see Staff Custom Tab

Kiosk
This allows Staff member specific QK Kiosk permissions to be flagged. Please see Kiosk Permissions for Staff
Languages

Records the Languages the staff /carer is fluent in.  Please see Languages Tab

Notes

Allows the user to enter in any notes relating to the staff member.  Please see Notes Tab

Qualifications

Records the current Qualifications held by the staff member.  Please see Qualifications Tab

Rosters 

Enter and record rosters.  Please see Rosters Tab

Jobs

Enter in the staff members position at the centre, also record accrual information for Payroll.  Please see Jobs Tab
