Reports Screen

Overview

The reports screen provides a collection of reports and datasheets for centre management. Reports provide information on the centres logged into by the current user.

There is a special user permission called Master Reports that can be used to create a user account to view reports across all centres. See Configure Users for more information.

Controls/Fields

Search
This option allows reports to be located quicker.

As each letter is typed, the reports matching the description will filter and display.  Select the required report and you will be taken to the appropriate category page with your report highlighted.

Preview

Previews the currently selected report on screen. Preview reports can be exported to many formats, including Excel, Word and PDF

Print

Prints the currently selected report.

Favourites
Add

Highlighting a report and pressing Add will add this report to your favourites list

Remove

Highlight a report in your favourites list and press remove to delete the report from the favourites.  The report will still be available under the original report type heading.

Key
Reports

Report titles appearing in black text will preview a report that can then be saved / emailed as a .pdf document.  These reports are easier to read than data sheets but cannot be edited.

Data sheets

Reports titles appearing in blue text will preview a datasheet.  Data sheets can then be exported to Excel (QikKids Professional) or email as an .xls document (QikKids Web) where they can be filtered or edited to suit your needs.
