My Family Lounge - Why can't I access my child's portfolio?
Below are some reasons why you may been having trouble accessing your child's Portfolio online:
Your Service may have removed your child's PUBLISHED records
Your Service may be adding additional information to the current record
Your child may be NEW at the service and there are no records published as yet
Your child may NOT be enrolled at the service
Your email address may be incorrect
Please contact your Service if you cannot access your child's portfolio record. You will have lifetime access to all your child's online portfolio records even when your child changes childcare services.
