My Family Lounge - Updating your account details

Updating your Account Details

  • Log into your My Family Lounge account
  • Edit the contact details for Primary, Secondary contact or Additional contacts
  • Save the updated changes
  • To notify the service of the updated record information submit an updated online Enrolment Form
  • The service will receive an email notification with the changes made


1. Parent Sign In portal
A) Add in your Username (this is your email address)
B) Add in your Password
C) Select Sign In
