This article will assist families with a My Family Lounge account to update their details and submit these changes to their Childcare Centre.

Logging on your My Family Lounge account

  • Click on your childcare centre's website and locate the Sign In button

  • Or browse to www.qkenhanced.com.au and Click on Parent Sign In

  • Enter your email address and password to sign in to your account

Entering changes to your account

  • Changes can be updated automatically to your childcare centre by using the CHILD section of your account

  • Click on the Start Enrolment or View Enrolment button

  • You may update any or all fields within the enrolment form. Primary and Secondary guardians:

  • Edit or add new Additional Contacts

  • Medical Contacts and Child Information

Submitting these changes to your childcare centre

  • Use the floating menu left of screen to Save your changes

  • Once you are sure all details have been entered and saved press the Submit button. This will update the centre within the hour

IMPORTANT: The centre will not be advised of the changes on your account unless you press Submit
