Managing Hours

After you have created the IS booking against the family account and once the child has actually attended the service and you are looking to lodge the IS claim, you will be able to review the child's attendances on the Rolls screen.

  • Mark your standard Rolls as normal, including marking the child that relates to the ISS case you have had approved. It is important that you continue to do this process as normal since any subsidies such as CCSS will continue to be applied and processed as normal to the parents account.
  • Once the standard attendances are completed, for your IS cases you will also need to click on the ISS tab as indicated below.

  1. Select the Roll and week on the Rolls screen
  2. Select the IS Tab
  3. Highlight the IS case
  4. Select Edi

You can manually adjust this if required and click on Save Changes as per the screen below in the Add/Edit IS Booking information screen so it is an accurate reflection of the attendance for this child for the week relating to the case entitlements.
Note that if in the standard attendances you have flagged the child as absent, in the ISS tab this will report as Non F2F (Non Face to Face) hours since it assumes the Educator still attended the service.

Managing Public Holiday hours

As the Educator and Child aren't at the Service, you are unable to claim IS hours for Public Holidays.
The hours will need to be removed prior to the IS case being processed.

To remove the hours:

  1. Select the Roll and week on the Rolls screen
  2. Select the IS Tab
  3. Highlight the IS case
  4. Select Edit
