How to - Manage Sessions not sent due to invalid times

From the 14th January 2019 any sessions that are submitted to CCSS require the Arrival and Departure times to be added.
This is completed automatically if your Service uses Kiosk: see Parent Sign in/out process or manually by the Service if you are not using Kiosk.

If there is a Arrival or Departure time missing you will receive the below error on your CCSS Sessions report.
This error will display each child as well as each date that is missing an Arrival or Departure time.
This information will need to be added to allow the session to be submitted to CCSS successfully for processing

If adjustments need to be made by the Service and you are using Kiosk see: Kiosk Confirmation Controls (Requesting a Kiosk Confirmation / Approval via QikKids)
If your Service is not using the Kiosk system then the Arrival and Departure Times need to be added for per day for each child to allow the sessions to submit to CCSS successfully see: Rolls screen - How do i manually add In and Out Times
