Overview

Once the week has been completed and all attendances confirmed as attending or absent, the sessions of care will need to be submitted to CCSS for processing.

Submitting to CCSS

To submit your Attendances to CCSS each week:

Ensure all rolls are marked (Black) for the week you are submitting. Please note, you cannot submit a week in advance of the current week, as this has not yet occurred to have all attendances confirmed. 

  1. Select CCMS/CCSS on the top toolbar
  2. Select CCSS Operations

  1. Select all Enrolments options - This allows any new enrolments to be submitted and existing enrolments to be updated with new entitlement information
  2. Select all Session Reports options - This allows any sessions requiring submitting or retrieving to be submitted or retrieved for processing
  3. Select Submit Current week if you are submitting the week you are currently in
  4. Select all Misc options to retrieve any personnel or message information
  5. Select all CCMS options - To submit and retrieve IS case details
  6. Select Include Current week if you are submitting an IS case for the week you are currently in
  7. Select Connect to submit the selected options for processing

The Results screen will either show Completed or Errors encountered.
To view the results:
  1. Select the item in the Results field
  2. Select View Details

Retrieving from CCSS

The submitted information can be retrieved using the same process as submitting.
  1. Select CCMS/CCSS on the top toolbar
  2. Select CCSS Operations
The CCSS Operations screen will be displayed.
  1. Select all Enrolments options - This allows any new enrolments to be submitted and existing enrolments to be updated with new entitlement information
  2. Select all Session Reports options - This allows any sessions requiring submitting or retrieving to be submitted or retrieved for processing (ensure submit current week is not selected)
  3. Select all Misc options to retrieve any personnel or message information
  4. Select all CCMS options - To submit and retrieve IS case details (ensure submit current week is not selected)
  5. Select Connect to submit the selected options for processing

The Rolls screen will display the status of the sessions with CCSS.
  1. The CCS column will still be blue if Submitted or Black if retrieved
  2. The Fee info column will show Blue Attendance ID if submitted status or Black attendance ID if retrieved
