How do I clear my browser cache?

Mobile Safari (iPad/iPhone)

  1. Tap "Settings"

     
  2. Tap "Safari"

     
  3. Tap "Clear Cookies and Data"

Google Chrome

  1. Click on: Settings > Tools > Clear Browsing Data

     
  2. Select "Cookies and other site and plug-in data" and "Cached images and files" (see below), then click "Clear browsing data"

 

Internet Explorer

  1. Click on: Settings (Gear icon below the close (error) button) > Internet Options

     
  2. Click "Delete" under "Browsing history"

     
  3. Select "Temporary Internet Files" and "Cookies" (As Below) and then click "Delete"

 

Android Tablets

Some Android tablets may require additional steps to clear the cache and cookie data. If so, please contact your Android tablet manufacturer for more information.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. At the top of the Firefox window, click on the "Firefox" button, go over to the "History" menu and select "Clear Recent History..."
  2. Set Time range to clear to Everything.
  3. Click on the arrow next to Details to expand the list of history items.
  4. Select Cookies and Cache and make sure that other items you want to keep are not selected.
  5. Click "Clear Now" to clear the cookies and close the "Clear Recent History" window.
