Finding a Transaction on the Receipts Screen

Finding a Transaction on the Receipts Screen

If you cannot find the transaction you are looking for you can change the receipts screen to make it easier to find.

Search for the family the transaction applies to by dropping or typing the account name in the All Families drop down box (located at the top of the receipts screen)

If you are still unable to find the transaction you can search for the transaction type by selecting it in the All Transactions drop down box (located at the top of the receipts screen)

You may also need to extend the amount of days the receipts are showing for by selecting a either 7days, 4weeks, 3months etc. under the show last drop down box

This will then show you the selected families, selected transaction type for the given date range. E.g. All Fee Payments for the Brown account for the last 4 Weeks. This should make it a lot easier to find the incorrect transaction
